An interview with i24News, where I broke down the concept of Tash-hir in Islam, the deliberate public humiliation of enemies, and how it explains Hamas’s grotesque parades of hostages and corpses. I also tackled the impossibility of reforming Islam and how Western powers keep misreading the nature of the Islamic world. If they truly want to curb Islamic Jihad, they need to start using their influence to push for real change, forcing Islamic governments to overhaul their education systems and closely monitor religious rhetoric in mosques.
